Toepassingen en toepassingen
2,6-diisopropylaniline dient als een veelzijdig tussenproduct in meerdere industriële toepassingen:
  • Productie van stabilizers van carbodiimiden en synthetische harsen
  • Vervaardiging van antioxiderende stoffen en farmaceutische werkzame bestanddelen
  • Voorbereiding van multitopische Schiff-basisligandprekursoren
  • Synthese van organocatalysatoren op basis van naphthalendiimiden
  • Gebruikt in N-heterocyclische carbeencomplexen voor verschillende chemische reacties, waaronder α-arylatie van acyclische ketonen, aminatie van haloarenen en waterige Suzuki-koppeling
Chemische reacties
Als aromatische amine neemt 2,6-diisopropylaniline deel aan verschillende chemische transformaties:
  • Ondergaat condensatie met triacetylmethane in toluol met p-toluenesulfonsuur katalysator tot 3-[1-(2,6-diisopropylphenylamino) ethylidene]pentane-2,4-dione
  • Reageert met bis ((trimethylsilylmethyl) yttriumcomplexen ondersteund door omvangrijke amidopyridinaat- en amidinaatliganden om yttrium alkyl anilido-soorten te produceren met eliminatie van TMS (trimethylsilane)
Reinigingsmethode
De zuivering omvat contact met alkylzuur of arylsulfonsuur om het desbetreffende zout te vormen, herkristallisatie in organisch oplosmiddel en daaropvolgende behandeling met alkali om een gezuiverd product te verkrijgen.
